1. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges on items within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items: Open perfume bottles and final sale items are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons. Gift cards are also non-returnable.
2. Initiating a Return
To start a return, please contact us at arcollection.0599@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on where to send your package.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.
Proof of Shipping: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at arcollection.0599@gmail.com .
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately 48 hours of delivery at arcollection.0599@gmail.com with photographic evidence of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
AR Collection reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the above requirements.
